For several years, a light lime green home at 31 frank st which is next to 35 frank st has been abandoned. A company had purchased such a property several years ago and are using it as a dumping site for their business. They have done absolutely nothing to fix it. The roof is falling, the outside of the home is also in really deplorable condition, the yard is filthy, there are rats in the property. Not only does this represent a hazardous condition health wise but god forbids someone is walking by and gets pulled into the house by some sort of pervert. I have made complaints in the past but absolutely no action has been taken to resolve this issue. I strongly believe that the proprietor of such a property should loose it and get fine. Action needs to be taken on this matter that has fallen on deaf ears.

The property of 31 Frank St which is next to 35 Frank Street, is a light lime color and is still looks as if a tornato hit it. It is in deplorable conditions. The proprietor needs to be fined by the city of new haven possibly Lci or the fire marshall or any agency or all agencies for not taking adequate care of the property.
The condition of this property is a hazard to the public. God forbid a kid happens to step into this property and either gets hurt seriously or killed, then would the proper agencies from the city of new haven intervene. They need to prevent a tragedy from happening. The city of new haven claims to be short on funds, then start with ticketing this absent landlords that have allowed for their properties to decay.
