Description

Homeless encampments have moved into the street. The are blocking the westbound lane of Brush St. under I880. The sidewalk is completely impassable and cannot be used by pedestrians. The sidewalk and street is full of garbage, tents, needles, human waste and other debris. This is not only a health and safety hazard to pedestrians, but a hazard to vehicles traveling in Brush St.
