The city needs to have traffic officers drive our hill on a regular basis IMO and start writing parking tickets and citations for street blocking. Things like this storage unit, plus people parking in No Parking zones, and cars parked poorly blocking much of the street, fire engines and emergency vehicles will have a hard time getting through. It's a regular EARLY Tuesday morning sound now hearing the garbage trucks blaring their horns because they can't get past poorly or illegally parked vehicles.
With so many people converting their garage space ( if they even have one) to storage or even worse, rental units, there are just too many cars parked on the streets where ever they can seem to fit them, illegally parked or not. It's time for some enforcement. At the top of Florence Terrace, for example, EVERY NIGHT there are two or more cars parked in the no parking zone, often making the turn there dangerous. I can site a dozen illegally parked cars just driving down the hill o Thornhill, so I can just imagine what I don't see elsewhere. I'll bet this is all over.

So how do fix these things?
