Everyone who is being intimidated or harassed needs to call either 911 or OPD non emergency 777-3333. The only way to get them out is keep reporting them. They have stolen shopping carts/ property they are also violating Oakland Muni Codes 9.08.160 sitting or lying on a street or sidewalk, 9.08.170 Obstructing pedestrians, 9.08.180 and 9.08.190 both alcohol related. ADA laws. The police just need to start citing them.

What is wrong with this city's city managers and politicians? Next election, I'll be looking for challengers to all those who feel they've got a nice comfy job without accountability.

This pathway has now become completely unpassable by either pedestrians or cyclists. In addition, the population has become increasingly aggressive to those who attempt to pass. Human waste, debris, and off leash dogs are a threat to the public.
