Description
Trash and illegal dumping from the homeless encampment behind the Home Depot in Emeryville has gradually been building up on the sidewalks nearby. This photo is from Thursday 1/4; when I drove by this location yesterday, it was even worse. The garbage and junk have taken over the sidewalks so pedestrians would have to walk in the street to get through.
