These people applied for a grant and received money to do this planting. so all the flowers and tree's they planted all along the wall area outlining the park facing Clifton Street is a mess. No one weeds or did the keep up with the perennial plantings they put in. So now we do have a mess, it would look better if the vity just mowed the whole mess down.
