I drove by the car the day after making the report and someone had placed a notification on the vehicle. I'm sure it's standard practice to allow the owner a few days to move the vehicle. So it looks like those monitoring the site, and those responsible for taking action, were on the ball this time. Thanks to all. Looking forward to getting this eyesore out of the neighborhood.

This complaint was routed to Raleigh Police for investigation and follow-up. Vehicles found to be abandoned will be tagged and then towed in seven days if not moved.
