In from of my house 3167 Osborne rd, brookhaven the side walk have cave in and you can see a medium size hole that have no dirt and can collapse at any moment with the rain. Injure for people is expected if not fixed.

Also the sidewalk in front of my house 3167 Osborne rd close to cates rd had cave in and will collapse, I just do not know when. I raised my concern again January of this year but I do not know when someone will look at it. My driveway next to cates still have the thick sidewalk border and make it very hard for me to get in and out.

In front of my house the side walk have sink more than the height of a can of coca-cola. It have been more than a year since i requested help and repair of this issue, also nothing have been done for the reducement of the sidewalk by my drive-wave, when they did re-do the corner to the new standars that same team did nothing to bring the side walk to the level of the street so we do not hit it every time we want to get it. If this side walk collapses and people are hurt, it will be a major law suit, fix it before that happens!

I think the sidewalk looks quite nice, artsy in fact.

It's only going to take one big lawsuit for the city to get serious about these problems. Too bad that it's going to take that though.

That is not the only sidewalk in Osborne rd in need of deep repair. But I agree with you, it will take a law suit for thing to get fix around here.

If a construction delivery truck run it over it will collapse and a disaster will happen.

The worst thing is that it is hallow underneath of that section of the sidewalk. I can see inside through the whole it has.
