Description
During a recent storm the fencing to an abandoned/condemned home within the 900 block of 25th street has blown down and no one has come to pick it up. In the meantime neighbors are throwing bulk items in the yard of this condemned house. I've also noted that young people are going into the yard and alley behind the house drinking and leaving their beer and wine bottles in the alley, even breaking them on several occasions. I've had to get out of my car to clear the alley of fencing, broken and whole bottles and trash just to get to my house. This problem has grown since the fence has blown down. This is a hazard as long nails are pertruding from the blown down fencing and now more trash has been added to the pile which increases the possibility for rodents and other problems.
Forgot to mention the broken down storage shed with things inside that all needs to come down.
