Description

Walked by this residence and saw 2 Unregistered Pit Bulls in yard with 4 foot fence , no warning signs & no collars on also. As a registered dog owner that has had my dog attacked by a unregistered Pit Bull with no collar I do Not Need This To Happen To My Dog Again. Please Look into this.
