Description
Since they changed the timing of the traffic lights heading south on Whalley right before Elm, the timing of the light at Park and Elm means no longer works well. The traffic turning onto Park from Whalley gets backed up and blocks both the pedestrian crossing and traffic flow in the right hand lane of Whalley. Can you change the timing of the Elm/Park light?

It looks like the light now favors this direction of traffic flow. The light is now too ling int he other direction.
