Description
During the occurrence of significant rainfall a breach in the silt fence at a new home construction work site is diverting large volumes of water, mud and sediment onto our property. The excess water and heavy thick clay/mud is encompassing our driveway and compromising our stormwater drain which causes our basement and garage to flood.
