DC, according to the signs, received stimulus funds to improve a small triangle park at the intersection of Potomac, I and 13th Streets, SE. After digging up the old concrete, replacing the landscaping and adding pavers, the city immediately forgot about the park and has now let it become overgrown and full of litter.

The city just wasted our tax dollars if they aren't going to let the park fall back into disrepair.
