The City of Detroit DPW Street Maintenance Asst. Supervisor have REFERRED this service request to Detroit Water and Sewerage . The reported road repair was repaired by Detroit Water and Sewerage employees. Our goal is to reduce inconveniences and promote safe travels within the City of Detroit.

Thanks for looking into this matter and for getting the ball rolling... However; In the interest of clarity and accuracy, I would suggest the statement "The reported road repair was repaired by Detroit Water and Sewerage employees." would be better phrased as, "The reported road repair was 'left incomplete' by Detroit Water and Sewerage employees. If we're going to call it something, why not just call in what it is! Where I come from, a repair is not a repair until it "Is" a repair. Anything less is something other.. Actually; I just made that up, but that doesn't mean it's not true.

In any case, I look forward to seeing meaningful corrective action being taking in the near future.

Thanks for your input as it helps make these kinda efforts feel more real. Speaking of being real... I'm gonna hold off on contacting Channel 4 'cause, well, they have all that other stuff going on right now that smells like "Bigger Fish" for their viewers table than this sort of thing. So; I'm taking the approach that 'how we think creates energy' that directly influences and powerfully impacts our 'real'ity.. At the same time; How others think also directly influences and powerfully impacts our 'real'ity. With that in mind; I'm thinking and expressing the idea that this issue is one that those who can make/create a different and higher quality circumstance regarding that intersection will do so and in short order because, well, for whatever reason works for them. Thanks to them (You know who you are...) in advance.

BTW; Looks like you're pretty active around these here digital parts.. Good on you and good on our city as well 'cause you are in it. If this kind of thing is something you/we have to do to get some things attended to/done... Well; It ain't that hard! Maybe a little frustrating at times but, well... It Is What It Is! As long as people who care are able to discern what is real from what is contrived/FAKE we still have a good chance to create better futures. Of course we must continue to communicate our thoughts to those we have put in positions to respond and this here thing seems like a pretty good way to engage..
