Last week, the lawn crew for the Cameron Hills Apts placed 1 lane of leaves in the street, next due to be collected in February, 2019. An ordinance reportedly states that leaf collection is designed for homeowners, not apartment owners or lawn services, but IT IS NOT ENFORCED. Please enforce it.
Driving Grant Ave can be dangerous without leaves, as there is 2-way traffic on a 1.5 lane road (on-street parking on one side).
Please remove the leaves, for the safety of neighbors and other drivers, fine the violators, or ticket the owner.
