PVTs, you mostly report random homeless people whom the City is well aware of. This site was supposed to be about infrastructure for the most part. Do your own thing and leave others' reports alone unless they've actually been fixed.

You have the first hand knowledge. Did you bother to email the city? This site is not officially monitored by local agencies.

Walkenton, the City of Portland has withdrawn from the site many years ago after their own platform went online. "Post to neighbors" is the only thing supported now for Portland. What this means is that it is like a publicly viewable version of Nextdoor. I somewhat stand corrected, but "Tree" is still a category. I guess if something was to be done about that branch it already would have been. It's too high to reach without a ladder for civilians. Basically there's too much stuff going on and too few people to handle it.
