Similar to the one stolen from container a block to the north at the SE corner of SB Mandela Pkwy & 32nd St (issue #3733710 on 9/26/17). The lids of this type of container need more permanent fasteners to thwart rampant metal theft in West Oakland. See attached 1/3/2019 photo.
