Description

The traffic signal at the intersection of Skyline Blvd./Redwood Rd is out of sync. The southbound direction's red light remains on while the green & red signals for the other directions cycle thru 2 or 3 times. The long wait causes frustrated drivers to do thru the red light because it can appear that the red light is stuck on.
