The storm drain coming down the hill from Redwood Road is failing. large volumes of water and debris are eroding the hillside and damaging the church driveway - causing a large pot hole to form in the pavement. This was reported on seeclickfix 2/17/19. to see the damage drive up the long driveway to East Hills Community church, stay to the left when you enter the large parking lot, and at the top of the driveway by the little yellow cottage, you will see a concrete retaining wall with the broken pipe just above it.
