There is an unnecessary all-way stop at this intersection. This is hardly a high volume intersection, so it would seem that Uwchlan Twp is inappropriately making use of an all-way stop for speed control purposes, which is a violation of Penndot guidelines. All-way stops should only be used when traffic volumes legitimately warrant their use.
