Description

A water sprinkler head is broken and, instead of sprinkling the lawn, is simply pouring copious amounts of water into the street. The sprinkler head appears to be very low or some what buried. In the mornings when the sprinklers go off the other sprinkler heads seem to be working but this one simply gushes like a natural spring.

It's about in the middle (between sidewalk and street) of the boulevard at the west edge of the Colony Apartments property on 4th Ave N.
