  Karen, suggest a follow up email to Council member Thao's office. This is going to take more than 311 notices into the void. We need leadership to help the underfunded department shift some priorities to install more bins and do more routine collection. District4@Oaklandca.gov

  This is insulting to the patrons of the park and all the volunteers who work very hard to keep our Dimond park clean. Shame on all the litter bugs as well.
