An inspection was completed and a report outlining the code violations at the property was mailed to the owners of record on 9-22-13. I will monitor this property for compliance and give an update in approx. 30 days.

The owner of the property has not signed for the receipt of the registered letter sent and the stub has not been returned as deliverable. I will have a contractor look at the property next week and we will proceed with clearing the property and billing the owner for services rendered.

Any update on this action? Didn't see any work done in January as expected.

A contractor will be mowing this property and clearing excessive growth along with several other properties in the next two weeks.

I wanted to let everyone know that we met the owner a few weeks ago. He has cleaned up the lot and said someone will be by every couple of weeks to keep it up.

Code enforcement met with owner of property. Mr. Shirley retained the services of a contractor to complete the initial cleanup of the property. We inspected the initial clean up of the property and found it to be satisfactory.He has made arrangement for recurring maintenance to be performed on the property to meet minimum standards. We will monitor the property for compliance in the future.

Property is receiving recurring maintenance by the owner.
