4th Ave & 7th St intersection.
Southbound 4th Ave left turn signal goes off even though no cars are in the left lane, so northbound traffic is being held up for no apparent reason.

This has been referred to Miquel Morgado with Broward County Traffic Engineering, the agency that maintains all traffic signals in Broward County.--dar
