Description

There is currently a two way stop intersection at 23rd and Webster. I have lived in the area for four years and have always been nervous to cross Webster Street because so many drivers speed through the intersection trying to make the light at Grand Avenue. Very soon, two new residential buildings will open at that intersection and one block over at 23rd and Valdez, meaning an increase in pedestrian traffic toward the BART stop nearby. For the sake of pedestrian safety as well as traffic flow, this really should be made into a four-way stop.
