The easiest fix is to paint no parking stripes on the eastern side of 15th Street extending 100 feet south and 100 feet north of Jacob. The issue is visibility. The parked cars are causing the issue. The city should be able to afford the paint and a crew for a day to do it. Numerous people access 8th from Samaritan Hospital via Jacob.

Visibility is a major issue - but as someone who always drives through here I don't think that any reasonable amount (even 100ft) of no-parking stripes will fix this. Plus residents already do not have enough parking spots available when RPI is in session, so this would be inefficient. As speed is also an issue on 15th, the stop signs are a much better solution.
