  Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are aware of this issue and are working on it. This area of the city is both National City and San Diego depending on what side of the street it is on. The NCPD Traffic Unit has been in contact with the San Diego Police Department in an effort to work together on combating this problem. In addition, the police department and city are working on long term solutions to this issue, not just selective enforcement. Again thank you.
