Description

People moved out put a bunch of stuff out and said that bulk pickup would be picking up. Others added more junk, including maybe the owner as part of cleaning out the apartment. It's been a mess since Saturday 10/12 or Sunday 10/13. The place has bedbugs. Owner is a slumlord.
