This is one of many complaints about the Broadway/Nimitz underpass. Keep 'em coming.

It's been great that the City has addressed this a few times, but it really does need to be cleaned daily if you can believe it. It's amazing how quickly it gets urine-scented and trashed basically.

Wow. It's beyond power washing and requires the Crime Scene Cleaners.
