A yellow blinking light is needed to slow down speeding cars on Second Avenue on the long stretch between 104th and 103rd Streets. Cars frequently go above speed limit in this wide stretch on the riverside park. Many accidents occur here while cars attempt to pull onto Second Avenue from 104 or 103rd St while cars speed though the area.
