Description
I live at the end of the culdesac and whenever it rains hard my yard is flooded. I spent over 5K this past summer repairing my yard only to have it washed away. I called the city department that handle these issues back in May twice and I'm still waiting on a return call, I was told someone would get back with me. Half of the subdivision have proper drainage but nothing in the back half. The drain pipes are blocked and the ditch for drainage beside my house is overgrown. I can't afford to keep repairing my yard, the city needs to do it's part.

Attached is just one picture of the damage caused by poor drainage of rain/storm water in my subdivision.
I still have not heard from Kevin Gentry's office or anyone else on his staff. I'm a little concerned that the city won't acknowledge my issue with at least a return call. It has been almost a year and no one has called and to my knowledge no one has been in the subdivision to take a look at how water drains.
