  The location is Sycamore Street between Northgate and M L King.
  It is a mess and getting worse daily.
  The "residents " have on several occasions come into my business and attempted to steal various items.
  Please clean up this mess before it gets totally out of control.

  I'm on 23rd St / MLK and my residential street is also trashed. They have defecated on my personal property. It's a mess because our neighborhood is ZONED for these encampments so that they don't migrate to more affluent parts of the City.

  Please relocate "the residents" to the affluent parts of the City, (Claremont, Upper Rockridge, Montclair, Trestle Glen, and our neighbor City of Piedmont) where the progressives live, the ones with lawn signs showing how caring they are, maybe will then see some positive action taken.

  John, We have non-profit organizations in vans delivering bagged lunches to our encampment. With service like that it's no wonder they don't move. They don't even have to walk to St. Vincent de Paul shop kitchen to get fed. It's easy to talk about tolerance and compassion when they are not on your block.
