This is where the effluent from Rockridge Market Hall was flowing, directly into the sewer. This seems to happen, with air of volume of effluent, fora brief time every morning. By the time I went home and got my phone the flow was turned off but 10 minutes later, some is still flowing into the street drain on a day when there is no rain or moisture elsewhere.
