Someone started clipping it a couple of weeks ago but he didn't achieve much.

At least when winter comes the hedge will stop growing. It almost touches the Stop sign. Is there someone at the City of New Haven who can be asked to do something about this?

The bushes have been trimmed as far back as possible and do not block the sidewalk. Any remaining visibility issues cannot be resolved without removing the bushes.
