Description

There are multiple arms of a cactus with huge thorns growing over the sidewalk on the west side of Rimpau Av., south of Old Temescal Rd. that is going to impale someone. The cactus is growing in the flower bed between the retaining wall and the rear fence of the house on Harvard Circle.
