Description

The street light in the group of houses between Virginia and Indian Alley (in front of 731A and 735A Virginia Street) flickers on and off (but mostly off) throughout the night. This has been going on since at least April. It'd be great to have this on consistently at night as there has been crime in the area and - quite literally - directly under this street lamp as recently as last weekend (9/29).
