Description

This is the third time I have opened a ticket for this. First ticket #1001121 opened on 4/9, I asked for an update on 4/11 as the mattresses were moved about 200 feet away. This ticket closed on 4/13. I asked that it be re-opened on 4/13 and it was assigned another ticket number #1002438. This ticket was closed on 4/17 and I asked to re-open it as an additional matress was added at the same location. Ticket #1002438 was closed with comments that it was addressed. These pictures are from today. Why have an app to report issues if the issue will be closed without resolution? Please address by removing this time. Or specify why you are choosing not to address it. Thank you in advance.
