Did you call City of Dallas 311? Just dial 311 from your home phone. It's the non-emergency phone number for the City. The City just went through some re-organization, so it may take some time for them to respond to your request.

There are ruts,up to a foot deep,and breakdowns in the south alley.

Grass was replaced by Sanitation Dept. behind 3742 Valley Ridge but they did not fix the 1 foot deep ruts directly across the alley,causing the trucks to destroy the work they did!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
