Description

A large Clear Channel billboard on the roof of a large commercial building on the corner of Grand and Ellwood is in disgraceful condition. Will this be referred to the Blight Control office or do I have to do this directly? As an aside, Clear Channel also has two small billboards in a private parking lot at 3607 Grand and they are very often in the same condition.
