14th Ave East and 3rd street
intersection is visually blocked by snow and a HRA wooden fence ---there have been many accidents this winter due to the wooden fence installed this past summer and because of the high snow banks. City workers did plow once but didn't remove the snow bank enough and because of our recent accumulation it is more difficult to see the fast oncoming traffic. There have been 2 accidents this month alone
