I reported this to the County of San Diego, but they stated this portion of the roadway is under the direction of the City of Chula Vista.

The eastbound portion of Bonita Rd between Willows and Otay Lakes Road was recently repaired by a contractor. This contractor made approximately 20 patches about 2 weeks ago. While the patches look nice, they are terrible. Driving on this section is like riding on a roller coaster. The repairs have made the road way worse than it was prior the roadwork. If I was responsible for paying this contractor, I'd make them redo the work. Just letting you know.
