Description
Tree clearing on vacant lot has made using sidewalk a hazard. Tree trunks & branches left on hillside intrude into sidewalk area. Problem reported to Building Dept. late last year. Owner has not cleaned up the site.

Owner sent someone to clear the sidewalk on Saturday, April 2nd. Issue has been resolved.

The owner had someone come out and clear the walk. He said he would also send someone out to clear the hill and lot but that hasn't happened yet. I guess we'll see.
