Description

Last summer this portion of Berkford Circle had to be cut open to fix a water main going to an adjacent home. The pavement that was put back in to cover the section of the road had to be removed is now sinking and a portion of it is exposing a sharp edge of the old pavement. Apparently the ground had not been adequately compacted before the new pavement was put down.
