Description
There is a storm drain in the middle of this water. It is not just uneven payment that doesn't drain correctly, which I know the city won't investigate. The storm drain is clogged. We've cleaned the cover and even taken the cover off and dug down as far as we could. It doesn't drain. The storm drain is completely blocked.

A. The water and/or ICE completely blocks the entire alley. In the winter, yes this has been going on for more than a year, the entire alley is a skating rink. We can't pull into the garage because of the slippery ice. Somebody is going to slip, fall, and sue the city.

Still not a peep from Water Department. I guess other blocks are bribing Detroit Water Department to get services.
