I am confused, why is there a watch area for the Mayor if all that is going to happen is we get a response saying to use the Action Center?

Our system is not tied to the seeclickfix system. The City of Oklahoma City has an Action Center line that tracks citizen concerns and provides responses. We don't do that through seeclickfix.

In short, we need to get you on the system. I noticed that your boundaries were just updated. That is a great start. All of the major cities around us are set up and using this service.

You can set up emails so that issues can be automatically channeled to the correct department. Once that is setup, you wont get a bunch of emails and the issues can be addressed by the proper party.
