Sorry we missed your curbside collection and thank you for reporting this online. Please leave the items at the curb. The items will be collected between 7am and 4pm in the next day or 2 (or 3 days if you are in the Friday collection route). Please always report a missed pickup after 4pm on your collection day or before 9am the day after for the best service.

It's before 4 PM. but they already picked up the compost at 48 Russell ST and missed my bin at number 50. It's still there, stinking and steaming.
