Drainage not running off Open

2715 Bluefield Ave Nashville, TN 37228, USA - Merry Oaks

All homes surrounding this ditch and most on Bluefield Ave. were flooded because down stream run off points were blocked or none existent.

Update: No work has been done by Metro. I have personally paid to removed 5 trees at a cost totaling over $2000.00.

  A review has been made and the ditches along Bluefield are scheduled to be cleared. Afterwards another review will take place by engineers to determine the proper solution for channeling water from Bluefield Ave. to Cumberland Circle.

  No follow up has happened as of 03-29-2011. We had the large trees that fell removed but work is still needed along the ditch and the removal of a large root system from one of the sixty plus foot sassafras' that were lost.
