Cities across the country have been trying to find ways to utilize data to make better decisions.

The City of Cambridge, MA has been using SeeClickFix for one year to empower citizens to report requests through mobile or web tools directly to City Hall. It has been a tremendous success. In particular, the City of Cambridge has been using SeeClickFix reports (including an “Other” category) to achieve a more robust understanding of the requests citizens care about the most.
