It appears the sewer problem at Miller & Elizabeth is not repaired. The sewer cleanout is pouring out onto the street and into the storm drain. It is not fresh water, it stinks! And it is unsanitary! Please get this fixed!

Once again, within a week in the same block, two more trees taken out by a hit and run vehicle. This time on New Years Eve instead of Christmas Eve. On the west side of the 400 blk. of Miller St. just south of Queen St.

It appears that someone struck a tree with a Dodge vehicle and left parts from their vehicle. The tree appears to be partially uprooted and is leaning. Usually tow companies will take vehicle parts with them if they respond, so I don’t think it was reported. It happened after dark on Christmas Eve and before 10:00 am Christmas Day.

The garbage truck came and knocked the recycle bin out in the street but did not pick up the garbage that was dumped on the ground. I reported this earlier by phone but want you to see the mess that was left. We are not cleaning up our neighbor’s garbage. This is inexcusable and unsanitary! For the price we pay in taxes we should not have this kind of sorry service. Someone needs to clean it up before it draws vermin which will be another problem!
