    Crater forming in middle of street after water pipe was repaired. 2nd request on this particular matter. Cars are swerving to the right in their attempts to avoid it, and one car nearly hit me as I was opening my car door to exit. I would appreciate some expediency or least a sign to inform drivers to slow down.
